Dudley Zoo
Dudley Zoological Gardens is housed in the beautiful and historic Dudley Castle and is home to more than 200 different species of animals. The zoo offers wonderful views of its magnificent Black Country surroundings and promises a great day out for the entire family. While the zoo offers marvellous opportunities for both education and fun such as face painting and Baron Dudley's Horrible History Show it has a distinct focus on animal care. Many of the animals have reproduced while resident at the zoo; examples include the meerkats, giraffes and pygmy marmosets, a testament to the level of animal care and understanding offered at the zoo. The zoo offers a myriad of events for the whole family's entertainment.
